  • Unlimited email support with a response promised within 48-hours

  • Unlimited plan modification based on check-ins and emails

One on One In-Person Training Session

  • Weekly personal training session at a mutually agreed upon location and time

  • Each session will feature a new workout tailored to your specific goals

 

Group In-Person Training Session

  • Weekly personal training session for up to 4 people at a mutually agreed upon location and time

  • Each session will feature a new workout for the group

Remote Personal Training

  • One custom, remote personal training plan featuring a workout tailored to your specific goals

  • Form-specific cues included in each workout to ensure proper execution of each exercise

  • One check-in via phone or email at mutually agreed upon time (if via phone)

Corporate & Group Fitness Classes
