Hi, I’m Whitney!

Your personal coach and hype lady! I am passionate about helping you find time to focus on YOU and, ultimately, to help set you on a path to feeling strong and confident in your body and routine. I love fitness, but I also know the ebbs and flows that can come with it throughout the various stages of life. My own relationship with fitness has evolved from being a busy professional to an entrepreneur and becoming a mom. But, I believe our training (and our mindset) can adapt as long as we find movement routines that we like and that work for us. Let’s find yours together!

  • If you’re feeling unsure of where to start, overwhelmed with what to do or lacking confidence when you try to workout, a coach may be a great addition to your routine.

Aside from offering you a tangible plan to complete, having a coach means you’ll have someone in your corner who understands your body and mindset and can help you workout in a way that is both sustainable and empowering.

My coaching is centerted around helping my clients feel strong and confident in their bodies, regardless of the phase of life they’re in. Whether you’re learning how to balance strength training with running, adapting to a new season of motherhood, or just wanting to find joy in movement again, my routines are centerted around your life and body.

If you’re craving structure, accountability, or simply someone who can help you navigate the ebbs and flows of fitness with support and encouragement, a coach can make all the difference.

  • I love helping women who are navigating life shifts such as pregnancy, postpartum or menopause create long-term fitness routines that work for their bodies and lives.

I believe our bodies are strong, confident and capable through all phases of life and that it’s possible to build a consistent fitness routine that you feel confident in, regardless of whether you’ve been an athlete your whole life or you’re just starting in your 50’s.

  • My programs are built around what works best for you. I see clients in-person in Park Slope, Brooklyn, but also offer virtual training from anywhere.

  • My goal is to provide a positive, supportive and motivating environment for everyone to attain and maintain their unique fitness goals.

I work closely with each person to understand what drives them, what challenges them and, ultimately, to create a tailored plan that helps them meet their goals.

  • I generally meet with clients one or two times per week for 30, 45 or 60-minute sessions. I create phased programs that allow us to progress your training both safely and effectively, ensuring that you’re nailing the form of each movement and adequately challenged at the same time.

  • Every client is different, so we work together to come up with a measure of success that works for the goals they’re looking to achieve.
