In the past, you’ve kept some workout routines - a 30-day challenge here, a group class there, race training when you have a goal in mind - but as soon as work gets busy or friends come to town, working out falls on the priority list, throws everything out of whack and suddenly it’s 3-years later and your body just doesn’t feel or move the way it used to.
Sometimes it feels like you’re on a hamster wheel of stopping and trying to start again.
BUT you love that post-workout endorphin high. You like having a goal and seeing your body adapt to fitness gains. You enjoy that working out can be social but that it can also be introspective and a way to calm your busy mind. You know the value of health and are ready to commit to making it a priority.

I know the mental game that comes with fitting that workout in while maintaining an amazingly awesome personal and professional life, getting enough sleep, eating healthy and finding time for yourself.
