A friendly holiday reminder from your fitness coach…

This time of year can bring up a lot, specifically around food and exercise. 

Food fuels our bodies, but it can also be a source of happiness, connection and love.

Here’s something I try to consistently strength train without ⬇️

I’d guess that 85 percent of my strength workouts are done barefoot. The ones that aren’t usually happen in places I don’t feel comfortable going
Is “use it or lose it” true for exercise or is it all just marketing jargon?

A little over a year ago I had knee surgery. The anticipated recovery time was around 6-weeks to get back to a baseline of activity.
