1:1 Training (virtual or in-person)

Working out can be an enjoyable part of your day that you look forward to! Together, we’ll work through uniquely tailored programs rooted in the way you like to train, your body and your starting point to keep you feeling healthy, happy and injury-free long-term!


2:1 Training (virtual or in-person)

Want the attention of a 1:1 session with the accountability and energy of a group workout? Now imagine you chose the workout buddy and help them reach their goals while you reach yours. Add exercises tailored to the results you’re looking for and you’ve landed on 2:1 personal training!


On Your Own (…with a little help)

Your fitness experience can be personalized even if your schedule makes it tough. If you are self-motivated but still want workouts built specific for you with some added accountability, On Your Own (with a Little Help) Training has your name all over it!


All Training Plans Feature:

  • 1 or 2, 60, 45 or 30-minute virtual or in-person training sessions per week*

  • A custom training plan featuring workouts tailored to your specific goals

  • A heavy focus on form to ensure proper execution of each exercise

  • Intro movement assessment to determine the safest exercises for you

  • Periodic assessment check-ins to understand progress and reassess goals

  • Email access to Whitney with a 48-hour or less response time

I’m your personal coach and hype lady! I am passionate about giving you time for yourself to focus on YOU: how you like to exercise, how your body feels and, ultimately, set you on a path to feel strong and confident in whatever you do.

I love fitness, but my relationship with it has evolved from being a busy professional to an entrepreneur and becoming a mom. I know the ebbs and flows that happen with fitness and how important it is to adapt your training and your mindset along the way!
